Responsibilities would include supervising and training staff, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, managing stock and ordering fuel and merchandise, handling customer enquiries and complaints, monitoring sales and financial transactions, and maintaining the station's cleanliness and appearance. Additionally, they would be required to assist the Manager with administrative tasks, such as scheduling shifts, budgeting, and preparing reports.
