RE/MAX Town and Country in Krugersdorp has a position available as a Portfolio Manager in our Sectional Scheme Management Department.

As the portfolio manager, you would be taking charge of a portfolio of different properties;

• Will be advising owners, trustees, and developers on the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act and CSOS Regulations

• Will conduct meetings, manage complexes and report on Finances.

• To maintain and take charge of the budget for the current and upcoming year.

• To delve into taking care of maintenance, insurance, and staffing matters while servicing suppliers.

Candidate;

• Must have administration skills:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.

• Must have leadership skills.

• Must have finance experience.

• Must have a high level of computer literacy – Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
