A dynamic group holding company with a diversified portfolio of investments ranging across various segments, is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team based in Stellenbosch.

This position will be based within a division that focuses mainly on Sub-Saharan Africa and the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing of day to day tasks completed by bookkeeper
• Income, depreciation, debtors & creditors, ensuring all transactions are allocated to tracking categories.
• Review Tax reports for submission to SARS.
• Importing budgets and revised forecasts into Xero.
• Preparing and reviewing of Annual Financial Statements and tax returns Preparation of annual board meeting packs and minutes
• Maintaining resolution register
• Preparing and reviewing Management Accounts.
• Preparation of loan statements/schedules
• Tax computations
• Actual and forecast comparisons
• Analyse accounts and be able to explain differences.
