Responsibilities
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and inquiries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous.
