Exciting opportunity for individual with relevant Business/Real Estate Degree and strong commercial management experience in property development / commercial real estate industry. Strong deal-making and sales/marketing expertise. BASED IN MPUMALANGA.

MUST HAVE:

Relevant qualification

5-10 years relevant experience in property development/ real estate industry

Strategic land and property development experience

Strong stakeholder relationship experience - public and private

Strong commercial and sales acumen

Knowledge of town planning, township servicing, project management and property development (industrial, residential, commercial)

Proven track record in "deal making" (ability to structure a deal)

DUTIES:

Responsible for driving revenue & profit growth

Manage activities related to land development

Lead team in stewarding landholding

Unlock value in real estate solutions

Execute land disposal strategy - marketing, selling, negotiations and deal structuring
