Reporting to the Head Europe & Africa Affiliates, the Country Manager will have the following responsibilities:
• Represent Voltalia in Uzbekistan in the capacity of “ambassador” of all of Voltalia’s businesses in Uzbekistan.
• Build, foster and maintain relationships with local, national and regional authorities as well as other stakeholders, important to the success of Voltalia’s business in Uzbekistan.
• Achieve the objectives, execute the strategy, address the priorities, and comply with the budget agreed with the Head of Europe & Africa Affiliates with respect to Uzbekistan.
• Oversee the operations of the business in Uzbekistan and put in place the necessary people, processes and systems to build a profitable and well managed subsidiaries in Uzbekistan.
• Lead the project development activities, from prospection and origination through to permitting and construction, to build a quality project pipeline in line with the objectives of the Mid-Term Plan for Uzbekistan.
