Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team as Vacation Accounting Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Vacation Travel Advisors with Accounting, troubleshooting when issues arise, and training agents on accounting related topics. Ideally this candidate would be skilled in bookkeeping and accounting and have some background or willingness to learn the administrative side of the travel advisor role so they could properly support the team on all things related to accounting.

Skills Required:
• Experience working in a travel agency in a corporate or leisure role
• Strong accounting, bookkeeping skills
• Goal and solution oriented, able to see the bigger picture to a problem
• Ability to resolve a problem, create procedures and processes and train on these new procedures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy, detail and compliance
