Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Must have experience in a manpower agency or headhunting company.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Willing to work onsite in Malabon City from Monday to Friday, day shift.

• Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. In charge of planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization.
