We have a need for a QuickBooks bookkeeper - full-time. You need to be proactive, keen eye for detail and experience with a growing small business. We are a busy and growing business in Florida in the US and a remote team in the Philippines

Prior QB experience working in an entrepreneurial small business is required! This is a general all-around bookkeeper position and problem solving skills are needed.

Daily Activities: Bank checks with Stripe and Inbound receipts, expenses input and coded correctly to various accounts, Bills paid and coded to correct projects, deposits coded, etc.

Weekly: Payroll via Wise/Hubstaff, open invoices and accounting meeting with owners & OM. Reconcile Wise register

Monthly: Reconcile 5 Bank Registers in QB, 1 Credit Card Register
