Operations Support Specialist (CL9)

Key Responsibilities
1. The Mobility Operations Support Specialist will directly report to the Designated Location MU Philippine Lead and will lead a team of individuals responsible for executing pivotal and high-quality operational tasks that fall outside the purview of Immigration or Tax SMEs within the Mobility Case Management domain.
2. Oversee and manage Reporting and Compliance-related tasks for the Philippine Market Unit, collaborating closely with the Designated Location MU Philippine Lead to ensure effective control and smooth functioning of the operation. This includes activities focused on Business Resiliency, Information Security, Data Privacy, etcetera.
3. Supervise the day-to-day tasks of Operations Support team members, cascade updates from Leadership team, facilitate regular huddles/1-on-1 touchpoints, conduct performance review, and provide timely feedback.
