Role description:
• To identify the accounts that needs talent pipeline
• Ensure effectiveness of sourcing channels
• Reviews resumes, credentials and qualifications for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge of candidates in relation to position requirements.
• Provides support to the team or recruiter to be assigned
• Maximize utilization of sourcing technology and database
