Executive Search Specialist - Human Resources Services, Metro Manila, Philippines

One of the pioneering human resources services companies in the country is in need of an Executive Search Specialist to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate, reporting directly to the Director of Operations, will be responsible in the end-to-end seamless delivery of executive search services to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related discipline

Three (3) years experience in the same role for diverse industries

Excellent English speaking and written skills

Ability to engage a 360-degree approach to business

Outstanding administrative and presentation skills

Strong entrepreneurial personality

Self starter and can work with minimal supervision

Has the flexibility to work on a hybrid set-up, with office in Makati City

Willingness to work on an exclusive consultancy engagement
