Job Responsibility

Responsibilities
• To ensure accounts receivable are collected on time and provide updates on collection status;
• To ensure payments are collected within credit terms;
• To prepare month financial statements, payment receipts and credit note;
• To perform inspection for all customer return goods and issue claim forms to customers;
• To prepare monthly sales aging to salesperson;
• To contact overdue customers for payment collection;
• To follow up on customer collection status and provide updates;
• To issue stock return to supplier and adjustments for warehouse maintenance;
• To prepare salesperson claims;
• To prepare and maintain records of payment vouchers and perform online payments;

Job Requirements
• Having minimum two (2) years experience in accounting or related field;
• Most possess minimum of SPM qualification;
• Result oriented and ability to work under pressure;
• Must be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft applications;
