Maintain and purchase office supplies needs, ensuring all office supplies are always available and in accordance with the department needs
- Recording, labeling, monitoring and stock taking on a regular basis the condition and position of the Companys Fix Assets
- Ensure that work tools for new employees are ready to use, hand over office assets for new employees, and manage asset transfers between employees
- Monitor bills related to the Companys operations such as bills for: Parking, Electricity, Water, Internet, etc
- Monitor and maintain all of the Company's Fixed assets like Electronic Equipment & Building Maintainace so that they continue to function properly
- Participate & assist in all HR Projects
- Currently pursuing or is a fresh graduate of bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field required
- Ability to speak in Hokkien/Mandarin is a plus
- Experienced in HR or General Affair field min. 1 year (is a plus)
