Anna Green (PRH) and Sourabh Chand (RSH) An exciting opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic and motivated senior trainees (ST4 +) with an interest in leadership, management and quality improvement to join Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust as Chief Registrars (one registrar to be based at each site). The Chief Registrar role provides higher specialty trainees with at least 40%-50% protected time to develop skills and confidence in leadership, management and quality improvement and 50%-60% time within a clinical setting.
