We are currently searching for a skilled Sous Chef to join stunning gastro pub.

Pub offers an amazing food experience, with all meals made from scratch using locally-sourced produce.

We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef who has the ability to handle pressure in the kitchen, train other employees, and has a similar background working as a sous chef in a fine dining restaurant. Alternatively, we welcome applications from Chef de Parties who feel it is time to step up to their first Sous Chef position. Our ideal candidate must be a hard-working chef who can work closely with the Head Chef and the owner on the daily menus and specials.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious meals according to recipes and established standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
