Croda is a market leader in small molecule and protein delivery within the Pharmaceutical sector globally, and a FTSE 100 organisation focused on our purpose of ‘Smart Science to Improve Lives’.

Due to an internal move, we are looking to recruit a Global Platform Director to lead strategy definition and execution for one of our most promising growth platforms.

Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy in our Life Sciences business, you will be accountable for all commercial elements of the Small Molecule and Protein Delivery strategy comprising of M&A, licensing, innovation product promotion and wider GMP manufacturing strategy to deliver double digit organic and inorganic growth in line with business expectations.

Who We're Looking For
• Degree qualified (ideally MBA) with a demonstratable track record of leading successful commercial strategies in the pharmaceutical sector delivering high level growth
