HR Assistant
12 Month Contract – Part Time
Hours: 0.5FTE / 18.5 hours per week
To coordinate and provide a high standard of administrative support to the GBS & Local HR teams. To ensure effective and efficient administrative processes to facilitate the successful delivery of business objectives.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as liaison between local HR and GBS (Global Business Services) team to ensure effective working relationships, practices and partnership.
• Collaborate with GBS to implement process improvements to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place.
• Work with the GBS team on key initiatives and project work.
• Support implementation of new processes and provide guidance on communication from GBS to local population where required.
• Provide reports to GBS team and Local HR team including sickness absence reports, car related reports, capacity, MAG & VPR reports.
