A world-leading engineering organisation is growing their Commercial team and are seeking a Commercial Manager with a highways background to join on a long term contract (until July 2026!).

Responsibilities

You will be supporting on the South East Aylesbury Link Road on behalf of Buckinghamshire Council with a minimum of 3 days required on site, depending on project requirements. Responsibilities include:
• Lead commercial meetings with contractors, designers and the client.
• Assess monthly applications and prepare payment notice.
• Assess Compensation Event submissions from Contractors.
• Create instructions in CEMAR.

The Successful Commercial Manager Will
• Hold a BSc/ BEng in Quantity Surveying or related.
• RICS Member
• A strong background in the Highways sector
• Hold a valid CSCS card
• Experience using CEMAR
