AgWest is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll/HR Administrator with expertise in benefits administration to manage their payroll processes and support various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Additionally, experience in benefits administration, including enrollment, coordination, and communication with employees, will be crucial for success in this role.

As the Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will:
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely using PayWorks.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information, including but not limited to hours worked, deductions, and withholdings.
