Your Opportunity:

Under the direction of the acute care manager, the CRN works in concert with the Clinical Nurse Educators (CNE), AHN and/or charge nurse to support staff in developing proficiency in all facets of rural nursing thereby optimizing team function. The CRN utilizes highly developed clinical, organizational and leadership skills while problem-solving and promoting excellence in nursing practice in programmatic areas such as Obstetrics, Emergency, Medicine, Surgery. This role works with the Provost Health Centre Acute Care serving as a resource, role model, educator, mentor and coach in developing staff abilities of leadership, clinical decision making, team function.
