Novi Global are looking for an Assistant head of production for our client, a family run company, specialised in the production of cold drawn reinforcement mesh and welded mesh with ribbed located in East Flanders, Belgium.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background coupled with excellent management skills

Responsibilities
• Independent work but also following up on production and also distribute orders.
• Guide your team of foreign production worker
• Keep an eye on production of all departments
• Eye for detail and problem solving in technical problems.
• In case of technical problems, ability to make a first analysis.
• Receiving and helping to load the trucks + carrying out checks on the loads
• Very close cooperation with the production & technical manager
• You work in day shift but show the necessary flexibility for possible overtime if necessary.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a leading function
