The Focused Improvement Manager drives the loss analysis and elimination in line with the Compelling Business Need (CBN) of the site. Based on that he/she coordinates the improvement program to deliver against the strategic improvement objectives set. Job holder leads the overall Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) / TPM program.
• *What are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering or similar (high level of numeracy, analytical capability and strong communication skills)
- 5 or more years of manufacturing experience in production, quality, engineering or related field.
- 5 or more years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Plant Optimization and Lean/TPM principles in a manufacturing environment..
- Fluent in written and spoken English
