Role Description

Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT

Location: Antra India Office, Raidurg, Hyderabad

Timings: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM IST (ET timings)

Experience: 4- 6 years

100% work from office

Mode of Interview: In-Person

Responsibilities:

● Accelerate bench sales numbers, direct and assist sales people meet or exceed their KPIs and target quotas, and build Antra brand with the vendor community.

● Be the forefront evangelist to ideate, communicate, and implement transformative ideas to improve and accelerate IT staffing sales and build the Antra brand.

● Monitor the consultant’s project marketing activity regularly and implement custom ways to accelerate the staffing sales.

● Develop, maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
