Job Purpose: Ensure smooth operation of both IT network and Production computers for electronic factory in Samut Prakan (Bang Pli)

Summary -
We are looking for IT Supervisor with experience in End User IT Support (maintenance and support for notebooks, desktops, networking and peripherals).
Applicants should be able to communicate in English and have at least 3 years past experience in IT Support.

Location - Positions available at Samut Prakan (Bang Pli)

Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the computer networks for multiple locations.
Identify and resolve issues with LAN and WLAN networks. There are 2 local junior engineer and support of 3rd parties and outsourced partners for more complex issues.
Devise plans for equipment procurement and upgrades, aligning IT needs with the company's growth and assist in negotiating with third-party vendors for equipment and services.
