Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Officer at Banyan Tree Phuket located in Phuket, Thailand. The Human Resources Officer will focus on HR daily operations, employee relations, and utilizing the time attendance Eagle system.

Qualifications
• No prior experience required, but a strong emphasis on excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in employee relations.
• Familiarity with the time attendance Eagle system.
• Understanding of HR work procedure.
• Knowledge of employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent both Thai and English
