Job Description:

The Staff Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the staffing process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in recruitment and workforce planning.

Qualification:
• A diploma / bachelor's degree in animal husbandry.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
