• *Responsibilities**:

- Complete order information to planning team
- Update status order to customer
- Follow up payment, arrange daily delivery and provide related document to customer, like invoice, PL etc
- Receive and submit claim, complaint and product return/reject
- Maintain good customer relationship
- Provide reports for sales department, management team and customer
• *Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Management, Economic, Communication or any related major
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service experiences
