We are seeking a highly skilled Chief of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) / Engineering professional to join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role in overseeing MEP activities across multiple construction projects, mainly villas and resorts.

While the position will focus on leading and managing MEP functions for construction project, it will also require direct action on site together with the team.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with architects, project managers, and teams on other diverse projects within the organization.

Qualifications:
• You have 5+ years of direct experience in MEP design and construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of MEP principles and standards, preferably in Villas and Resort.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent on-the-job experience.
