About Us: We are a property management company that manage multiple individual villas in Bali. We are currently looking to expand our team to assist us in managing our properties specifically in Ubud area

Job Description:
• Ensuring guest check in and check out in accordance to standard practices
• Assist in handling guest issues and complaints
• Ensuring properties are in prime condition including taking preventive measures, such as cleaning, performing inspections, and completing garden care
• Maintaining records of property maintenance
• Supervising on-site employees and outsource vendors and such that the tasks are done according to our standard

Qualification:
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus point
• Able to work with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel) & Google Suite (Google Doc, Google Sheet)
