The Senior Project Development Manager at Filinvest Land,Inc. for Naga and Palawan oversees the comprehensive development of Residential projects in these regions. The position will be based in Naga and would be required to travel to Palawan.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the growth and profitability of the business
• Over-all in charge of the project development team who will lead, manage, and supervise the planning, implementation, development, operations, marketing, etc as well as ensure the success of our various projects under FLI
• Conducts the financial feasibility, project evaluation, and market studies supporting the project development process for new project phase launches.
• In charge of networking with various local government units, business groups, land-owners, brokers and others to help support the permits, secure business deals and look for opportunities for growth.
