Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Supervisor at Parewa Coffee located in Padang. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also handle inventory management, maintain cleanliness and organization, and contribute to creating a positive working environment.
