JOB DESCRIBTION
• Execute live operation activities for TikTok and e-commerce marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia) such as but not limited to standby during live session and provide technical assistance to ensure live sessions are conducted smoothly
• Understand TikTok and e-commerce marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia) seller center and promotion tools
• Able to operate details livestream operation (sticker, animation, gif, etc)
• Add product selection cart and checking and setting promotion and stock
• Responsible for the daily management of live room studio such as but not limited to equipment checking and adjustment before live session
• Brief and assist host in monitoring incoming comments to help liven up the live session’s atmosphere
• Provide insight to account management on frequently asked questions or issues for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: minimum bachelor's degree (Economy, Communication, Business Management)
