Home Concept is a furniture business involved in manufacturing and retail services located in New Germany (Durban), which has been in operation for over 20 years. We are looking for a financial manager to fulfill the full reporting requirements and financial function of the business and manage a small accounting/finance team. The role will also require training/coaching the team and reviewing their work and performance.

Minimum Requirements

A completed degree in accounting is essential, as well as at least 3 years experience in a similar role. Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs, systems and controls and financial management practices is needed. The candidate needs the skills/competencies to fulfill the job requirements.

Reporting to: Financial director
• Full financial reporting function
• Reporting in accordance with IFRS for SMEs
