Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Conductor role located in Tingkayu, Kunak. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of workers in the plantation, monitoring the condition and growth of the plants, coordinating with other departments for the maintenance of the plantation, and ensuring the plantation is compliant with safety and environmental regulations.
