We are currently looking for 5 IT Supporter (2nd Level) for SAP / Jira - Category Operations Assistants for one of our clients.
• Start asap
• duration 4 weeks
• fully remote
• Workload 5 days a week
• English (must) - German (nice to have)

Projektbeschreibung
• Manage and resolve Jira tickets (Supply Clarification Invoices)
• Adjust and update article information within the SAP system
• Contact suppliers to resolve discrepancies or request information when missing master data
• Upload any missing or required information into the SAP system promptly and accurately
• Provide timely feedback to Category Operations Managers regarding the status of invoices clarification tickets and other administrative tasks

Skills
• Experience with Administrative Tools: Ideally experienced with Jira, SAP, or similar systems.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with team members and external suppliers.
