Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Airoli

Company: Airoli

Education: HSC / Graduates

Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred. Freshers can also apply.

Salary Range: 18,000 23,000 per month + Basic Incentives + TA

Shift Time: Any 9 hours between 5:30 pm 6:30 am

Weekly Off: Any 2 days off (5 days working)

Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize company systems and resources effectively to address customer needs.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
