Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Depot Administration
• Maintains an updated contracts database of all fleet vehicles including new and existing vehicles
• Prepares comprehensive quotes for all breakdowns
• Follows up on outstanding purchase orders (PO’s)
• Submits PO’s to suppliers to facilitate deliveries / receipt of parts
• Requests and / or follows up on supplier quotations
• Processes invoices and follows up until payments are made
• Prepares supplier payment requests
• Captures all vehicle information correctly and timeously to ensure accurate billing
• Updates supplier information on the system

Administration and Reporting
• Coordinates the depot’s administration within Afrirent’s guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Compiles and submits weekly reports of the depot’s activities and results
• Compiles and submits daily, weekly and monthly operational statistics
