About the role

The Business Engineer is a crucial Business Architecture role and will play an integral part in a team dedicated to build a new startup for Capitec Connect. We are looking for a seasoned professional, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to ‘get their hands dirty’ in execution. At this level, the Business Engineer will be a pragmatic conceptual thinker and designer for an exciting new product and will have deep expertise in designing and delivering Business Models, end to end Business Processes and a Target Operating Model. It will be key requirement to present complex concepts to various stakeholders to achieve buy-in and support.
