Roles and responsibilities: The Sport Betting Accountant is responsible for the accounting operations of the Gbets Retail group, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the Gbets Retail group's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Review, examine, and analyse accounting records, management accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. This will include review of FAR, computation of taxes owed to tax returns.
