Job purpose:

Take the lead in providing project management functions in a project and research and development environment.

Qualifications:

Relevant Degree: B Eng. (Electronic), B Eng. (Computer) or relevant technical qualification·

Relevant Project Management qualification.

Ideal experience required:

5 to 10 years’ technical management and project management experience in a high technology engineering environment

Strong team leadership experience

Key technical skills and experience required:
• Good understanding of the Technical Management Processes within a high technology environment.
• Good understanding of the applicable Project Management Processes such as supported by the PM
• Good understanding of the Systems Engineering Process according to ISO/IEC15288
• Excellent written and oral communication and interaction skills
• Strong team leader
• Excellent negotiation skills
