JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for reviewing and monitoring HR’s operational risk controls to ensure compliance with the laws and the Bank’s policies &, processes.
• In charge of the annual risk assessment exercises of HR.
• Manage outsourcing and non-outsourcing’s HR vendors from onboarding until ending services to ensure the quality of vendors and compliance with the Bank’s polices & processes.
• Manage HR internal audits as well as all other external audit activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor all action plans arising from audits, inspections, and self-assessment exercises to ensure they are completed on time.
• Act as Business Continuity Management Coordinator.
• Work with Country Compliance on Government reporting to ensure reports submitted to the authorities on time.
• Formalize, localize, enhance, and establish policies & processes & check lists for HR to ensure efficient working.
• Participate in other HR projects as assigned by line manager.
