Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Phone Technician at GentleGuru Nigeria Enterprises located in Nnewi. The Mobile Phone Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile phones for clients.

Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in mobile phone diagnostics and repair
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mobile phone devices and brands
• Experience in software updates, data recovery, and hardware replacement
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
