Reporting directly to the Site Manager and functionally to the HR Director of the region, this professional will have the mission to be responsible for human capital management in its various dimensions, acting as a catalyst in organizational modernization. He/she will also have as main responsibilities to assume a present and intervening role in the day-to-day operation in the scope of Performance Management, Development Plans/Programs, Talent Attraction and Retention - Employer Branding, Assessments and to assume the role of Project Manager for the performance and recruitment programs.
