Responsibilities:
• Manage the job order process, entering data, and working with installers to ensure the order is fulfilled according to agreed turnaround times with accuracy.
• Coordinate with installers and dealers with the schedule of internet installation.
• Assigning job order to installation team and community partner.
• Update and monitor job order status.
• Effective handling of order-related concerns.
• Follow schedule and report to work on time.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Handle toll allowances, parking-related reimbursements, or any reimbursements/disbursements related to installations and dispatch.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year course.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Knowledge of computer is required.

- Able to communicate well.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Relevant internship or work experience in dispatch and installation or related field.

- Fast learner.

- Willing to work onsite.
