About the job

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this ASSISTANT MANAGER role is responsible for the Learning and Development activities in the Store to develop highly performing, knowledgeable co-workers.

You ensure all competence development initiatives grow and support our business, and sustain long- term profitability, while always considering the impact on our co-workers, and ultimately lead to customer satisfaction.

Your assignment

The HR Strategy supports the overall direction of the business and will be achieved by :
• Promote and safeguard the IKEA culture by being a role model who expresses the IKEA values in all L&D operational matters and people agenda
