QUALIFICATIONS
• B.S. in Psychology or B.S. in
Human Resources Management
• Has a proven 3 to 5 years of work
experience in the field of

HR & ADMIN SUPERVISOR is REQUIRED in
this position
• Strong leadership skills, with a
high level of Integrity
• Analytical and excellent in
decision making
• Good presentation of HR reports
• Amenable to work in Valenzuela
City
• Can start immediately

Job Description:
• Lead the HR & Admin functions
from but not limited to recruitment &

selection process
• Conduct orientation and design
trainings/seminars
• Execution of Code of Conduct and
modification of rules and regulations if

necessary
• Resolve employees’ grievances and
take actions in employee's infractions
• Performance management for annual
review and employees

contract renewal or replacement
• Supervises janitors and security
guard personnel
• Do field work for Business
permits and other license for renewal
