We are currently looking for a Team Lead for a leading player in the Packaging industry with a legacy of more than 80 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.
• Team size: Up to 5 people
• Must be able to work accordingly to shift (day or night)
• Working days: 4 days
• Based in Kulim

• Lead and oversee Operator performance to ensure streamlined production operations.
• Strategize shift needs for packaging and auxiliary materials, aligning with production schedules.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and orderliness to uphold hygiene standards.
• Conduct product sample measurements as required.
• Monitor manufacturing processes closely to enhance efficiency and implement necessary corrections.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards through proper documentation and process inspections.
• Support external vendor maintenance activities as needed.
• Assist in identifying and managing machine spare parts inventory.
