Job Responsibility
• Role modelling exceptional service and coaching our team to do the same
• Ensuring fresh products are of a great quality and always fresh for customers
• Achieving great standards and availability on our fresh food departments throughout the trading day
• Being friendly, listening and responding to customers’ needs in a timely manner

Maintaining service standards which reflect the trading patterns of our department

Job Requirements
• Degree, Diploma in any related field
• Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and in the fast-changing environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Computer literate is an added advantage
• Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
• Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation whenever required
