**Overview**:

- Involved in the daily management, administration and operation of a shopping mall in the area of retail shops leasing, building operations, tenancy administration and rental collection.
- To be responsible for the administrative and related functions of the Shopping Complex Management.
• *Responsibilities**:

- To source for new tenants to add into the existing shopping mall tenants list for short term and medium term duration.
- To coordinate with Property Leasing & Legal Department to renew tenancy leases and following the tenancy administration flow of work.
- To plan and organize monthly and festive season promotional activities at the shopping complex.
- To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all the tenants and attend promptly and professionally to any complaints and requests.
- To ensure the Complex operational matters such as maintenance, cleaning, security and safety aspect are well maintained for safe and conducive shopping.
